During the pre-press stage of your job, OWP makes online proofs available for your approval. This stage is critical to ensure our customers get it right, the first time.

OWP stores your PROOFs in your Secured Area, in PDF format. These files can be viewed or printed from Acrobat, Adobe Reader, Mac Preview and many other programs.

Below are some simple instructions on how to access your proofs.

Once you have signed in to your Secured Account (see About your Account), click on View/Download Files from your Secured Area showing a screen like the one below.

Right click on your PROOF and "Save Target As..."(Windows) or CTRL-click and "Download Linked File As..."(Mac) then save your PROOF PDF to a convenient place on your computer. Once downloaded, your PROOF can be viewed. Please call our production staff with PROOF approval or further instructions at 1.800.263.5904 or 519.539.1268.
